Its a matter of choice, not circumstances, how they deal with a specific situation. Our attitude can influence our faith. Its up to us to influence our decisions today, to make a future were dreaming about. Our attitude can change everything. You don't necessarily must be the best, but they can make our thinking run in a positive way, to make negative thoughts disappear. You can face anything in this world, in the event you have a will, strong to make you go ahead. All of us live in a vicious cycle, but what matters the most is to be able to manage every day something that will add perspectives to our future. You can now take your personal road feasible for your dream achieving, or in the event you are not prepared yet to make this step, you need to go through some points, that I will count in a few steps:
1. MOTIVATION
People always needed motivation to face the reality, motivation to move ahead, motivation to overcome challenges, motivation necessary to bring you to success. Motivation makes us handle all the fears , lift your head up & move to your goals. Motivation was always needed when people had a difficult situation in their life, & the influence of the third person was to make him deal along with his fears, to find the strength in you, to reach your limits. Motivation makes people be determined, makes them make decisions. But, still you don't must get stocked in the trap of motivation. Sometimes you need to forget about it, & do it, because some people might use it as an excuse, not to go on. Some people think, I don't have motivation to work. That is an excuse that keeps you where you are. When you start doing the thing, that is when the motivation comes.
2. TRUST
Trust has always been a skill that people needed to move forward. You need to be 100% positive, or need it a lot, to find the trust in you. Some people think their surroundings does not fit their attitude and objective construction. They always query themselves what if? For this you need trust -- The trust that it is possible for you to to overcome all the challenges, the trust that you will learn and improve yourself, the trust that you can do it. Then you can look at your life from different views. Who is going to be next to you on the trip to success? -- Of work, your relatives. Relatives can always be the trust that you need, and the motivation to show yourself that this method of achieving is not long-term.
3. FOCUS
Concentrate yourself on the things you need to do, than alarming situations. That is why I keep telling you about the priority list you need to make, to get rid of urgency. After you will get clear together with your alarming situations, you can think & focus your attention & attitude on your aim reaching. Keep in mind, that success is a journey, not a location. All you need is a dream & a date, & focusing on these things make life simpler for you. You must build trust & focus on it, with the help of your competence, & character. You will need to show yourself that you can be an example for your relatives, first and then for the others. You need to take things seriously, & in the event you decided you are prepared to move ahead, focus yourself & your attitude to do it!
4. ATTITUDE
Attitude Is everything. This is one of the main principles for personal grow, and achievement. You have to have the right attitude to lead yourself well, to self-manage your emotions, your priorities, you positive thinking, your time, and your personal grow, by living this experience. You have to know how to treat yourself, to achieve the maximum potential. The attitude to stay away from different circumstances and challenges is the best way what to start with. People who had disabilities, have had the right attitude and this brought them to success. People had no arms and legs, but they found their talents, and with the right attitude they did it. What excuse do you have to stop in front of the challenges, and complicate yourself, when things are in fact, so simple.
5. RESULTS
To have results, you need to follow all those 4 steps written above, but adding to them daily impact. Let’s say – how would it be like, if you wake up in the morning, and first what you see is your dream book. Give yourself this question? – What do I have to focus on today, to make it come true? What are you going to be tomorrow, you are becoming today. Things that you do day by day, make your future. The decisions you take today, will influence they day you live tomorrow. What you live today, is the result of the decision taken in the past. Doing the right thing daily, will influence on your future, and, depending on your dream size, in 5 to ten years, you will become what you always wanted to. The power Is in your hands, nobody has the right to take the decision instead of you. You can take your life in your hands, and decide for once, that you deserve to live the way you want to live.
I will show you next a video, that inspired me so much – the video that can make people sit down on their knees, to be thankful to God, that they have arms, and legs, that they have a family, that they are healthy, that they have the decision in their hands. You just need to start with the first point, and finish with the result, not only in your mind, but the result come true!
This world is the source of our learning, our schools and our homes. so lets study!

Too Much of School
When my mom finally decided to take that plum posting as a Divisional
Head, I knew I was in trouble. Her office hours stretched way beyond my
school hours. & anyway, I was privy to the plenty of discussions my parents
had about 'Honey, what do they do with the children?' Well, finally they struck
gold - an educational after school program. Won't that be grand? Children
are learning new things while parents are happily minting greenbacks!
& so, they went directly to another class after our school. The brochure
said that they would be 'using fun activities & innovative teaching
methods to fill the gap in your kid's understanding'. I suppose they
meant that the teacher would write down the home-work & they were to copy
it. At least, this is what happened most of the time. Of work, they didn't
tell our parents. How would that help? They'd basically get smart & shift us to a class that would actually make us solve our home-work.
I detested the classes. Mostly, I was bored to tears or falling asleep.
After so plenty of hours at school who'd require to spend the whole afternoon
with the same books? But, as a child, had small choice in these
matters. when one's parents were cleverly telling that
mommy's wage will help get us that spanking new TV or that video game.
Lose some, win some!
Now, so plenty of years afterward, when I need to take up a job & leave my
own child alone till I get back, I do know how important these after school
programs have become. Discuss history repeating itself! I hope I'd
get her in to a nice, & yes, it is going to be educational .
Then, day, my sister decided to rock the proverbial boat. He decided
he had of studying & refused to go to the after school program.
That is when my parents began to smell something stale. Soon after that,
they put us in a better program (o, yes, another educational). This
was bigger, brighter & somehow more fun. They had some fascinating games,
& a COMPUTER . Each of us got a chance to do something on the PC
(this, when PCs were beginning to make their presence felt). They
somehow managed to blaze through our home-work, most of which had to be
completed by us. Then it was time to have fun. They had a small little bit of
everything. Acting classes, speech, games & naturally painting. Those
hours they spent splashing color on pages & laughing at foolish jokes were
the highlight of an otherwise boring day. Ironically, I started
looking forward to my after school program.

The Learning Surroundings
There is often a trap in the words 'after school activities'. may
basically think that since these activities are after school, they are not
of much importance. But, could not be more wrong. Research suggests
that kids pick up a quantity of their most important skills from after
school programs. That is why kids who do not participate in any additional
curricular activities are usually slow and less vibrant.
Kids look for different things in an after class program. The learning
surroundings ought to be stunning, colorful and informative. Use charts,
pics, posters and drawings to liven up a class. Additional resources
(resources that are not basically obtainable in the school) will make the
classes fascinating. For example, when teaching a biology lesson, permit
the kid to see through a microscope or see slides of bacteria. This
will add to his knowledge and also make him more enthusiastic about his after school program.
The learning surroundings that fosters in after school activities must
be as disciplined and as functional as that present in the school. This is
true of educational after school programs. This is the best
place to teach the kid important skills like time-management and objective
setting. Time-management is a vital skill, but it is not achieved basically.
Kids need to feel the discipline that is necessary to finish a task and
the happiness of finishing the allotted work in a specific timeframe.
Rewards are an important part of any learning process. The reward can be a
simple pat on the back or a token of appreciation. Motivate your kids
to aspire for higher things by rewarding their achievements. Holding
competitions or sport activities where the kids can show their
proficiency is a reward in itself.
Discipline is a must in after school activities. In fun or sport-based
activities, it is simple for kids to step out of line and wreck havoc.
While kids ought to be allowed to have fun, they ought to be curtailed
from unacceptable behavior. The best way to enforce discipline is to lay
down the rules at the outset. Let the kids know what is
unacceptable, right at the beginning.
Kids can get bored basically, in the case of an educational
program. The main thrust of an academic program is to repeat what has been
taught in class and to permit the kid to learn it quickly. It is
difficult to pique the kid's interest a second time, when the
kid is already worn out of dose of the same lesson. It is best to
thwart boredom by using creative techniques like an unrehearsed extempore on
any topic, a quiz program or a slideshow.
After school activities are rising in popularity by the day. Parents need
their children to learn more. Kids have an insatiable quest for
knowledge. In an after school program, it is feasible to pay individual
attention and quench this thirst using various effective techniques.

Successful After School Programs
What marks a successful after school program? What are the things that you
ought to look for when enrolling your kid in to such program? Other
than the obvious advantage of learning something new, successful programs
incorporate lots of things that help the development of the kid.
Development of social skills is of the more important objectives of a
lovely after school program. In a recent survey, parents indicated that
while they do need their kids to respect others, they also wanted them
to imbibe skills like getting along with other kids & getting used
to kids outside the immediate circle of friends. Lots of kids find it
difficult to make new friends & get along with people outside their
group.
Lovely after school programs place special emphasis on safety & security.
They keep kids out of trouble & keep them safe. A lovely after school
program ought to be fun, when the kids are young. If the
activity is fun, you won't must worry about keeping him interested
or motivated. To be effective, programs ought to be organized &
structured. They must also suit the age of the kid. The kid must be
aware of the purpose of the program, & must be satisfied that they are
attending the programs to accomplish something.

Recreational After School Programs
After school programs can be divided in to three broad categories: academic,
recreational and social. Balanced development takes place when there is
compatibility between the physical, mental as well as the educational
achievements of the infant. As the name suggests recreational after school
programs are based on a sport or recreation. A number of the more common
physical activities include footy, swimming and basketball. Some clubs
offer programs like gymnastics, trekking and hiking. In this case,
children are often given a short class in first-aid class also.
Unlike educational programs, recreational programs do not tax the
mental processes. But, they do aid the learning technique by making the
infant more active. A infant who is physically active is mentally fit, and
can focus his thoughts on the work at hand. Additionally,
recreational programs teach discipline, mechanics of teamwork and fair
play. These are important lessons in the growing technique.
Recreational after school programs offer children a chance to let
off some steam and to destress themselves. The closed classroom atmosphere
and a day filled with textbooks and writing cause the infant to repress his
natural enthusiasm. He curbs his energy when he is necessary to sit quietly
in class and learn. Physical activity is an all-time low in the coursework of such
times. This physical lethargy and inaction is countermanded by
recreational activities. Growing concerns of obesity and infant diabetes
make it necessary for children to indulge in some strenuous exercises that
will let them work up some sweat.
As increasingly nuclear families emerge, the infant faces greater
isolation. Lots of children shuttle between their classroom and their
bedrooms and do not have any significant relationships outside these.
Recreational programs offer ample avenues for socialization. This is a
place the infant can go to and play even when his neighbor is not the most
welcoming. The Boy / Girl Scout programs are excellent recreational after
school programs. Lately, survival classes and camps have devised to
combine important survival skills with sports and games to educate
children on how to handle emergencies.
Like any lovely after school program, recreational programs are designed to
give children a safe area where they can indulge in some group activities
that interest them. This is of the most effective ways to keep children
out of the streets and out of trouble. But, has to be cautious when
enrolling children for recreational classes. The age of the infant, his
temperament and his physical caliber has to be taken in to account before
you pick the right program for your infant.

School Based After-School Programs
In an work to keep kids motivated & safe, the U.S. Government
sets aside a nice amount of fund for financing after school programs every
year. A document by the U.S. Department of Schooling & Justice points out
that after school programs are effective & is in the interests of
the society as a whole. Interestingly, it was found that Americans liked
providing school-based after school-programs in their community.
Positive augmentation of critical skills is the prime focus of these
school-based after school activities. Thus they enhance the skill level of
the kid. Most school-based programs offer assistance in math tutoring,
reading, comprehension & issue solving. Plenty of programs provide engaging
activities that seek to prepare the scholars for college. Hands-on
experience is provided for kids who need to invest in a career in
teaching. Access to telecommunication & know-how & involvement in
music & art are other benefits of these programs. This becomes
invaluable, in low-income sectors where such activities are
thought about to be a luxury.
Other than safety, boredom & loneliness, the poor performance of plenty of
students also led to the necessity for after-school programs that are based on
the school curriculum. Kids coming from low-income families were found
to lag behind in reading & grammar after a long break in the summertime.
Statistics show that if school-going kids are left unsupervised after
their school, the chances of poor grades & drop out are considerably
higher. The money provided by the Government will permit rural &
inner-city schools to provide activities in the work of the summer, over the
weekends & after school. These activities will happen in a
drug-free, safe & supervised surroundings.
As far as kids are concerned, the snacks provided in after school
programs are an added incentive. School sponsored after school programs
are entitled to receive money for snacks. The National School Lunch
Program is designed to do this. Free or reduced cost snacks will be
provided for kids from schools that apply for it. The CACFP reimburses
expenditure depending on the kid's income status. But this is
applicable only till the age of 13. The funding that schools get depends
on the area in which they are situated. A low-income area gets more
funding. Supper can be served to kids below the age of 19. Longer
programs can provide both supper & a snack. With the participation of
nonprofit private organization, it is feasible to feed deserving school
kids breakfast, supper & a snack.

Need for After School Activities
When children are literally up to their gills with the learning and sport
activities in school, it may appear superfluous to enroll them for after
school activities. In spite of this, after school programs are sprouting
up in large numbers and most of these are booked full. This shows that
there is a actual need for after school activities.
The unavailability of parental supervision is the leading cause for the
surge in after school programs. It is seen that lots of children spend about
20-25 hours a week unsupervised and alone at home. And as the saying
goes, "An idle mind is a devil's workshop". Children who are left alone
to contend with much free time invariably fall in to the wrong
company. Drug abuse, alcohol, tobacco and crime come knocking at their
doors sooner than later. Parents enroll children to various after
school programs to keep them occupied in a productive manner. This way,
the children are free to enjoy themselves in a supervised activity.
Crime is thought about to be at its peak in the coursework of the after school hours,
between 3- four p.m. In the coursework of such a time, children need protection. Getting
the children together under roof and inspiring them to participate
in a group activity is protection . It diverts the children from
ennui .
After school activities that promote social awareness create the
individual's sense of social responsibility. It is seen that these sorts
of programs not only keep children out of trouble, but also help to produce
responsible citizens. To that extent, they are valuable building blocks
in a kid's persona.
Obesity is a matter of growing concern in this country. It is noticed
that increasingly children are becoming couch potatoes. After school,
lots of of them relax on the couch with packets of chips, icy drinks or
chocolates while they watch T.V. 30 % of the children below the age of 19 are
thought about fat, and about 15% of these are fat. An after school
program ensures that the kid shakes off his lethargy and keeps himself
busy. This also helps to reduce the kid's fascination for T.V and
computer games.
Times are changing and parents require their children to excel in academics
as well as in other activities. This might be a reflection of the parent's
unfulfilled desire to excel - a remnant from his own childhood. Whatever
the reason, parents today encourage their children to enroll themselves
in various programs and create the various facets of their
individuality. Children appear to be comfortable learning lots of things
simultaneously, and gain satisfaction from this.

Reading Activities
In a world that is slowly but surely turning away from books & getting
glued to monitors or television screens, the importance of developing a
passion for reading cannot be overlooked. Reading is a habit & ought to be
established when the kid is comparatively young. What are you able to do to foster
this habit?
Enroll your kid for reading classes:
There's lots of well structured after school reading classes that aim to
draw the kids to books. They help children with diction, idioms &
phrases. For young kids, these classes can be fun with animated
characters & pics. Illustrated picture books, rhymes, daft songs
& pretend tales all attract the young kid. Use creativity to capture
the kid's vivid imagination.
Pique your kid's interest:
If your kid has a favourite character, pick a series of books that
features this character. For my son, it was Spiderman. Thanks to friendly
neighborhood spidey, my son latched on to comics early in his
childhood.
Build a home-library:
A skill like reading cannot be learnt in isolation. Do not leave all the
hard work to the after school program. Pick up books that you think your
kid will like. The Web is as well as a rich resource of reading games
that will attract tiny kids to the fine art of reading.

the kid's vivid imagination.
Quirky After School Programs
With the growing interest in after school programs shown by the Government
as well as parents, new and hitherto unheard of programs are being
explored. In an try to make a kid aware of his duties as
an individual and as a citizen, these after school programs make use of a
kid's natural curiosity and his irrepressible energy.
Investigative Skills:
In some schools in Kernersville, kids are developing their
investigative skills. Kids meet with adults who introduce them to the
details of fake non-violent crimes. They take notes, visit the scene and
collect knowledge. Students learn to listen to alibis, collect
fingerprints and collect any other pieces of facts. According to the
principal, these activities challenge her students' issue solving
skills. Kids learn to think critically and to form informed judgments.
Fisheries and sciences:
In North Carolina, kids who have an interest receive a chance to win a
scholarship through their after school activity. Here, students are given
a chance to face hands-on fisheries science experiments in a freshwater or
marine setting. Professionals, educators and specialists from the world of
Fisheries act as mentors. Students accepted in to the program receive a $3,000
scholarship.
The above examples go to show that after school activities are becoming
serious. They are slowly morphing in to important parts of a kid's
schooling and moving away from the fun-and-frolic-only programs of the
past.

Potentials of After School Programs
With babies becoming the primary focus of society, ways & means to
make positive their safety & development are being researched. The Government
has pooled in to make a success of such programs. Here are a quantity of the
reasons why after school programs have become so popular:
one) Stopping Juvenile Delinquency, crime & violent victimization:
About 10% of juvenile crimes happen between three P.M. - four P.M. Babies need
to be kept safe & out of trouble at such times
two) Stopping alcohol, drug & tobacco use.
Risk-taking behavior that seeks to establish superiority in a clan is
mostly seen in 'latchkey' babies. Babies in their pre-teens, in the event that they
have a significant relationship with a mentor, are less likely to indulge
in these kinds of destructive behavior
three) Decreases appetite for Tv:
An average kid watches about 23 hours of TV per week. When enrolled for
some activity, the kid utilizes his mental & physical skills to meet
challenges.
four) Improving academic achievements
five) Improving school attendance:
More confidence in self & increased interest in school leads to greater
attendance in school. A program that helps babies with their home-work
also gives the kid a much-needed feeling of self-achievement.
6) Improved behavior & inter-personal skills
Babies who attend after school activities handle conflict better &
cooperate more with authority figures.
7) Closer relatives & community ties.

Over-Scheduling Babies
Several studies are expressing a growing concern that after school
programs are pressurizing babies to do much soon. They point out
that when a kid's afternoon is filled with classes, journeys, sports and
other forms of organized activities, babies do not get the time to be
babies. They are even being deprived of the cherished relatives time.
In an ideal world, all babies would go home directly after school to
loving and caring parents who are waiting for the babies to come home.
But the social and economic realities show that lots of babies must
attend after school courses because there is no available at home. For
such babies, these classes are a boon.
Without a doubt, there's babies who are being burdened with a schedule
that places much demand on their time. This leads to increased levels
of stress on the child and the relatives. As regular studies cannot be
ignored, babies are always on the run to accomplish more. Such
babies are bearing a burden that is heavy for their frail
tiny shoulders.
Parents ought to however restrain themselves from reading much in to
these activities. After school programs are complimentary in nature. They
give additional support. Therefore, their importance ought to even be
limited.

Classroom Arrangement
By Debbie Cluff
Introduction
The set up of a classroom is important to how a classroom is being managed. The teacher needs to make positive his/her classroom is arranged for the scholars to be productive. The teacher also needs to make positive their classroom has a positive surroundings for the scholars as they enter the classroom. Another key fact a teacher needs to think about is that their classroom needs to be prepared for learning everyday. This is because in order to manage a classroom with proper discipline, a product & active classroom set up is important. The scholars need to be placed in an arrangement that will keep them focused on the lesson & not deter them from learning. In this paper, they will discuss & provide ways for a lower simple classroom to be set up.
Classroom Arrangement
Our map shows the classroom is arranged in centers. The scholars will sit in groups of six in different groups. The reasoning behind the groups is that the scholars will be able to learn how to work with others. The scholars will even be able to motivate each other to do their work. The desks are arranged in the midst of the classroom so it will permit the teacher to walk around the room freely. And the teacher will be able to control the scholars in a more compact area. The setting of the table will also help students to stay on task.
Reading Corner
Centers
In the corner of the classroom is a reading nook which will contain the classroom library. This area will provide a homefeeling & help the scholars to feel relax when they are in this area. The reading nook will even be a place for students to go to when they have completed their work & need to read a book in a cozy are. If a child can feel at home in the reading nook this can cut down on behavior issues for the teacher. In the reading nook, this area is a place. The reading nook is not located in the same area as everything else in the classroom. By having the reading nook in the corner of the classroom, it will help to promote reading in the classroom.
The listening middle & computer station will be placed on the outside of the classroom. The centers will be facing the walls because the scholars will be rotating to the varies centers within the classroom. And, while students are at their centers they will need to be able to concentrate on their work. Also, located on the outside of the classroom are the storage areas for Science, Math, Art & Writing materials. This storage area allows the scholars to have a centrally located area to get & place materials for Science, Math, Art & Writing. And, this area will help the teacher to keep his/her classroom organized.
The student table will also serve as centers. In the coursework of middle time students will be able to move around the whole room to gain information. At each group their will be a different theme for students to learn about. By having the centers on both the inside & the outside of the classroom will enable the teacher to focus the student attention to their middle activity in lieu of rotating around the room. This will keep the flow of the classroom & won't give the scholars time to mess around maintaining classroom structure & discipline.
Teacher’s Desk Location
The teacher’s desk is located in the back of the classroom. The reason of this arrangement is that this will help the teacher to promote a student – centered classroom. By having the desk located in the back of the classroom the teacher will have full sight of his/her entire classroom at all times. Plus, the teacher will only use the desk for paper work. The rest of the time the teacher will be in the same area as the students.
Print Rich Environment
Not only is the arrangement of the desk important to the classroom but the motivation the classroom has to offer the students. To have a print-rich-environment, the teacher needs to have posters and signs that help to promote literature in the classroom. By having posters and signs on the classroom walls and bulletin boards will help the students gain a great deal of experiences with the different types of literature. Plus the students can do a read around the room, while sitting in the reading nook. By providing a print-rich environment, the students will be placed in a positive learning atmosphere that promotes learning thus preventing classroom misconduct.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the arrangement of the classroom is a very key part of how well the students will learn and interact with their classmates and their teacher. If a classroom is disorganized and clustered, then it will be kind of hard for a child to work and learn new skills. Plus, the teacher needs to take time to make sure his/her room is set up for learning because no matter how well your lesson plans are completed and ready to be presented. If the students do not feel comfortable in the room then the lesson plan will be presented in a way the teacher wanted it to.
